PinkMagicLabs.com reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the Services including any Content for any reason, at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. PinkMagicLabs.com may impose limits on any features and services or restrict any user’s access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.

USER CONDUCT



As a condition of use, you agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose by these Terms of Use, or any other purpose not intended by PinkMagicLabs.

You also agree that you will not: (i) take any action that imposes, or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our platform; (ii) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper running of the Site; or (iii) circumvent any methods we may use to prevent or govern access to the Site;
8. to transmit, or cause to be transmitted, any communication or solicitation designed or intended to obtain password, account, or private information from any PinkMagicLabs user;
9. with the intention of artificially inflating or altering the ‘vote count’, comments, or any other PinkMagicLabs service, including by way of creating separate user accounts for the purpose of artificially altering PinkMagicLabs’s services; giving or receiving money or other payment in exchange for votes; or belonging to any other effort that artificially alters the results of PinkMagicLabs’s services.

PinkMagicLabs may remove any Content and PinkMagicLabs accounts at any time for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such Content), or for no reason at all.    www.PinkMagicLabs.com, its owners, and its creators are in no way affiliated with USPLabs LLC, the company which manufactures Pink Magic.

   www.PinkMagicLabs.com and its owners may, however, be affiliated with certain online retail stores that are linked to therein. The website owner may or may not have a financial interest in any products or services mentioned on this website.
