Stacking Pink Magic – Dominate Your Pink Magic Cycle

Pink Magic is a serious natural testosterone booster, and it can be stacked with basically every USP Labs product. But tread carefully – this stuff is powerful and you will want to do it wisely. We step you through our recommendations here.

We’ll go over two main plans for stacking Pink Magic:

  1. Bulking with Pink Magic – For Adding Muscle (most people still lose fat on Pink Magic!)

  2. Cutting with Pink Magic – Dropping Fat (Most people still get strength gains)!

The most important thing with your Pink Magic run is that you have your diet in check. Pink Magic, especially when bulking, requires you to eat big and eat well. Any supplement plan is going to fail if your diet is ugly. Unfortunately, we don’t talk about diet here, but here is a great PDF from a USPLabs Rep on nutrition. Also use a site like FitDay to monitor your nutrition. Don’t slack off on your diet!

Warning for Beginners – No New Supplements On Your First Pink Magic Run

I know you don’t want to read this, but this is the truth. Do not make a huge Pink Magic stack with all sorts of new supplements on your first run!

Pink Magic is so powerful that you will need to witness it for yourself without testing other things alongside it. So stick with what you’re already doing for your first Pink Magic run. Adding fish oil, multivitamins, and protein if you’re not already doing so is still recommended though.

Basic Protein Guide

When on Pink Magic, your muscles are going to be begging for tons of protein. Food is great, but supplementing further will help you hit your numbers.

There are basically two kinds of whey protein: whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate. We like the isolates – they’re better quality, have the fat and lactose (milk sugars filtered out), and are closer to being a pure protein. The lack of lactose gives many people less gas, so if the cheap stuff (whey protein concentrate) has you bloated and/or gassy, use a pure whey protein isolate.

On the flipside, whey protein concentrate is lower quality, and might be between 29%-89% protein by weight. There will be lactose in there. Some of you are fine with this… but unfortunately many of us are not.

Food rules though. Meat, chicken, fish, shakes, eggs, nuts, get it all in.

For the best deal, we prefer Dymatize ISO-100. It tastes great and is cheaper than a lot of whey concentrates. If you know you can handle whey concentrate and don’t care about the carbs, grab any whey on the store and save some money.

Everyday Supplements Everybody Should Take

Regardless of your plan, these should be in your daily plan:

  1. Multivitamin

    Let’s be honest – Pink Magic is all about hitting it harder than you ever have in your life. So while we don’t always recommend the absolute craziest vitamin package, we do if you’re going on a Pink Magic run. Animal Pak has everything you’ll ever need, and more – and you WILL feel better when you start taking it.

    We know it’s not the cheapest thing, but just buy 44 packs and try it for a few days before your Pink Magic run. You’ll be loaded with all the vitamins and minerals your body and muscles will be begging for.

  2. Omega-3 Fatty Acids From Fish Oil

    NOW Foods Omega-3 Softgels are incredible to take for everyone – not just athletes and bodybuilders. Countless studies show that they help the heart and joints.

    It’s important to have a balanced Omega-6 to Omega-3 fatty acid ratio of 4:1 through 1:1, but most Western diets are far higher in Omega-6 (such as 20:1 or 30:1), which leads to all the cardiovascular disease and inflammation we always see.

    Take five 1000mg capsules each night before bed. Note: If you freeze them, they’ll take a bit longer to digest and you won’t get fishy burps!

Pink Magic Stack for Bulking

Again, we don’t recommend any new supplements besides Pink Magic on your first run. You can stack pretty much anything here, especially anything from USPLabs.

How we’ll work it (nutrient timing to follow):

Beginners Pink Magic Bulking Stack: Jack3d (pre-workout energy and focus), Whey Protein Isolate (muscle growth/repair), a bit extra Creatine Monohydrate Powder (muscle growth and energy from ATP), BCAAs (quick muscle repair and recovery), and an optional Weight-Gainer (easy big calories).

Intermediate Pink Magic Stack: Add PowerFull to the beginners stack for additional Growth Hormone (GH) Modulation. Mixed with extra testosterone from Pink Magic – Watch Out!

Advanced Pink Magic Stack: Add the Prime and Anabolic-Pump to create the whole ASTEROID STACK – for the pros who want to maximize their gains and intensity across the board.

Workout Day Pink Magic Stack for Bulking:

  1. 2 Hours pre-workout:

    Your pre-workout meal – As the Pink Magic User’s Manual states, keep this meal high in carbs and protein and low in fats.

  2. If you cannot get a high-protein meal in, then 90 minutes pre-workout:

    ~40g Whey Protein Isolate

  3. 30-45 minutes before working out:

    2 capsules of Pink Magic with 1-3 scoops of Jack3d, depending on your tolerance.

    If you expect to be doing cardio, add 5g of BCAAs to the Jack3d.

  4. Immediately Post-Workout:

    ~40g Whey Protein Isolate + 5g of BCAAs (as recommended by the Pink Magic manual – No carbs immediately post workout as they increase fat gain at this time!) + 1-5g Creatine Monohydrate Powder depending on your Jack3d dosage (the more Jack3d you use, the less creatine you need).

  5. 90min later:

    EAT BIG! Protein/carbs/natural fats

  6. Before Bed:

    Optimum Nutrition 100% Casein Protein – this will digest slowly and prevent muscle breakdown overnight. Also don’t forget to take your NOW FOODS Omega-3.

Pink Magic Usage: Take your Pink Magic as suggested – with meals three times a day, and with your pre-workout. Note that if Pink Magic is too potent for you, like it was for us, you may want to consider skipping the 2 capsules with your pre-workout.

Intermediate Users: Add your PowerFull as specified on the label.

Advanced Users: Add all Asteroid Stack products (Prime and Anabolic-Pump) as specified by the manual. Pay close attention, this gets intense!

And of course, get in at least 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight each and every day. Shakes will help you meet this goal, but don’t forget about good food!

Rest Day Pink Magic Stack for Bulking:

  1. First thing in the morning: 5-10g Creatine Monohydrate Powder with juice
  2. EAT BIG!
  3. Take Pink Magic as directed – with three meals a day – but don’t forget to take one per week off of Pink Magic! This is best done on one of these rest days.

Intermediate and Advanced Users should add PowerFull or the entire Asteroid Stack as directed by the manuals on rest days.

Weight Gainers for Bulking

Real food rules, end of story. However, you can consider a single weight gainer shake per day. Don’t get hooked and stop being lazy! Check out This Weight Gainer for a great deal. Monitor your calories/carbs/protein/fat – lots of weightgainers are loaded with fat-storing maltodextrin!


Pink Magic Stack for Cutting

Once again, if your diet sucks, you will fail. We assume you have your cutting diet down. We believe that the best time to get carbs in are after your morning cardio, before your main workout, and the meal after your immediate-post-workout meal.

Run this stack for a max of 8 weeks.

For cutting diets, we strongly believe you should add ~4g of CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) to your every day regimen of fish oil and multivitamins during your cut. This awesome fatty acid chain reduces body fat in every study it’s been used in.

Our favorite brand is Now Foods CLA. We take 2g in the morning with a meal and 2g before bed with the omega 3 gels.

Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) and Essential Amino Acids (EAAs) will also be used on your cut. It’s great to keep aminos in your system so that your body doesn’t break your muscles down and your muscles don’t get broken down when your body needs amino acids (otherwise your body will eat itself, to put it simply). These also increase endurance, reduce fatigue, and help with your muscular recovery after working out.

Modern BCAA has both BCAAs and EAAs, and tastes amazing. It’s more expensive than the unflavored BCAAs, but tastes much better. Unflavored BCAAs mix well with protein and Jack3d. Modern BCAA is great to sip alone.

Fat-Burner Considerations

USP makes two incredible fat burners – OxyElite Pro and Recreate. OxyElite Pro is a super thermogenic fat burner with stimulants. Recreate is a very low-stimulant fat-burner.

Which fat burner you use depends on whether or not you want to use Jack3d. If you use Jack3d, we don’t recommend adding too many more stimulants on the same day, so we recommend Recreate. If you don’t use Jack3d, then we recommend OxyElite Pro. You can also use both Recreate and OxyElite Pro if not using Jack3d, for an ultimate fat-burning cocktail.

Some people may want to just use half a scoop of Jack3d alongside a full dosage of OxyElite Pro. While we don’t recommend this, many people have done it with success.

Also note that the nature of Pink Magic will yield fat-loss and body recomposition without needing too much of a fat-burner stack, and it’s great to try Pink Magic alone first.

Workout and/or Cardio Days Pink Magic Cutting Stack

  1. First thing in the morning:

    1-2 capsules OxyElite Pro or Recreate, as directed.

  2. 30-45 Minutes Pre-Workout:

    2 capsules of Pink Magic and your dosage of Jack3d if using it. Mix in 5g Unflavored BCAAs.

    If not using Jack3d due to using OxyElite Pro, drink a serving of Modern BCAA at this time.

  3. During Workout/Cardio:

    Sip on Modern BCAA

  4. Post-Workout:

    Finish your Modern BCAA.

  5. 15 Minutes Post-Workout:

    Whey Protein Isolate + 5g Unflavored BCAAs

  6. After this shake, your next meal 60-90 minutes later should contain some protein, healthy fat, and clean carbs. Take 2 Capsules of Pink Magic as directed.
  7. Later in the Day:

    Take Pink Magic as directed (with a total of 3 of your meals), and take your other serving of OxyElite Pro or Recreate, as directed.

Off Days – Pink Magic Stack

  1. Get your every day supplements (vitamins and fish oil) and CLA in.
  2. Follow your cutting diet – NO sugars and watch the carbs and beware the fructose!
  3. Take 2 capsules of Pink Magic as directed with meals three times a day. Remember, one day a week should have NO Pink Magic – Try to make this a non-workout day.
  4. Take

    OxyElite Pro or Recreate per the instruction label.

  5. Sip on Modern BCAA throughout the day.
